Wiktoria and Filip Bielicki began their design journey while studying Industrial Design at the School of Form in Poznań. Filip also completed the postgraduate programme Robotics in Advanced Construction at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in Barcelona. After graduating and gaining experience in various international studios, they established their own practice, where they combine craftsmanship, new technologies, and hands-on workshop processes.
They live and work in the Mazovian countryside, drawing inspiration from biodiversity, natural structures, and the relationships between what is distant and what is close in nature. They primarily work with thin metal sheets, which they shape spatially using a robotic arm. This technique allows them to sculpt metal with a sensitivity of gesture, evoking rhythms of growth, erosion, and disappearance.
